MAINTENANCE AND GUARANTEE
Maintenance :
Group Matic vending machines are designed to require minimal maintenance by their operators. Nevertheless, in order to ensure continuous operation and performance of the machines, it is wise to proceed with certain verifications every time you fill them up:
- Make sure that the coin mechanism functions properly and that it is not obstructed;
- Inspect the glass panels of the machine;
- Check for vandalism or intrusion attempts;
- Inspect security locks and make sure they have not been tampered with;
- Make sure product chute is not obstructed;
- Inspect cleanliness of product compartment;
- Inspect general cleanliness of the machine;
- Inspect condition of paint, especially at the base of the machine if it is set on the floor, in order to prevent rust.
Guarantee:
Although GR Matic Canada vending machines are built according to rigorous standards with premium quality materials, a defect is still a possibility. It’s with this reality in mind that GR Matic Canada offers an advantageous guarantee to help its customers with the problems they might encounter.
This guarantee covers parts and labour for a period of 1 year on any manufacturing defects and any defects of the mechanical parts. Repairs are made inside our own factory.
